Health and Wellbeing Week 2019

h14

We were lucky enough to have some special visitors. We had guests from the local community and parents/carers, who came into school to talk about what they do and how they help people.

There was a yoga workshop for KS2 and we also managed a whole school paired reading afternoon.

'A caring nurturing environment, with fabulous after school opportunities.'

'Approachable staff who have such a wonderful heart for the holistic needs of the children.'

Parent Questionnaire 2019

1st - 5th July 2019

This year we focused on 'working together' and 'how to help' in our Health and Wellbeing week.

There were lots of activities created by staff to be done across year groups, so the children had lots of opportunities to interact and work with pupils outside of their classes.

We also focused on our nurture garden (Di's Garden) and how we can use that at break and lunchtimes and some classes were able to make delicious salads using some of the vegetables that we have grown in there.
